Newly appointed Musical Director

David Caine LTCL/MIMIT/CertEd(Music) has been appointed the new Musical Director of Poynton RBL

Concert Band, bringing with him a wealth of experirence and knowledge in windband music

David's career includes 16 years as a musician in the Army, including service with the

Cheshire Regiment, 12 months at Kneller Hall Royal Military School of Music, The Grenadier

Guards and finally The Lancashire Artillery Volunteers Band, where he was Band Sergeant Major.

Since leaving the Army, David has worked for the past thirty years in the Manchester

Music Services, where he is Senior Brass Tutor.
